Paper work orders are one of the biggest problems in work organization, make your work easier.
Use electronic work orders!
DSO provides electronic work order management, these orders can be filled out by both laboratory administrators and doctors. Electronic orders can be easily edited, and the information in them is available to all team members.

Order Flow
Work with all doctors in one space.
There are often situations when one doctor works in several clinics, and it is difficult to track which clinic placed the order. You can add doctors to clinics and create orders on behalf of the clinic, this will significantly simplify logistics and invoice preparation.
Transparent pricing.
Order prices, completed orders, and all invoices are stored in the client's account. Both the laboratory administrator and the clinic administrator have access to this data. Financial interactions will become much simpler and more transparent.
Order Flow
All orders go through certain stages in the laboratory, DSO visualizes these stages and provides production control tools.
Incoming
All created orders fall into the Incoming folder. Orders in this folder require review or organization of courier delivery to the laboratory.
Production
After clarifying all details, the order is assigned a completion time, and active work begins on it
Tasks
The system automatically breaks orders into tasks, and you can delegate tasks to technicians
Communication
Correspondence and file exchange takes place within the order, this allows you to systematize files and correspondence.
Fitting
Orders are with the client for fitting and continuation of work.
On Pause
Work on these orders is temporarily suspended. They are located in the laboratory.
Produced
Orders that require delivery to the client. Couriers work with this section.
Delivered
Orders that have been delivered to the client, such orders are considered completed
Order Database
Store all completed orders and access them at any time. Convenient search and order filtering will allow you to find any order in the shortest time.
