We continue to develop the DSO system, adding new capabilities and improving existing functionality. Here’s what’s new in February 2026.


Order Discounts & Price Adjustments

Lab managers can now apply one of three types of adjustments to any order — before it’s paid or invoiced:

  • Percentage discount — reduce the total by a specified percentage
  • Fixed amount discount — subtract a specific sum, which can be entered in a different currency and converted automatically
  • Set exact price — override the total to a specific final amount

All three can be removed at any time. When a fixed price is set higher than the sum of services, it displays as a “Price override” (shown in blue). Every adjustment is recorded in the order history with the name of the staff member who applied it and the timestamp.


Multilingual Price List with AI Translation

Labs working with international partners can now make their entire price list available in multiple languages.

Lab owners can add translations for service names, service group names, and descriptions for any language the platform supports. When a doctor or clinic views the platform in their preferred language, they see services in that language instead of the lab’s default.

To make this practical for large price lists, a one-click AI translation is now available: select a target language, press Translate, and the system automatically translates all services and groups in the background. A progress indicator appears while the job runs and the page refreshes automatically when complete. Services that are not yet translated for the active language are marked with a “T” badge, so labs can see at a glance what still needs attention. Translations can also be deleted in bulk per language.


More Timezone Options

The timezone selector now covers most countries and regions worldwide. You select your region and city in a single selector, making it quick to find the right timezone regardless of where you are located.


Smarter Customer Selection When Creating Orders

When creating a new order, the customer dropdown now shows your most recently active customers first — the ones you’ve created orders for most recently appear at the top of the list.

Previously, customers were listed in alphabetical order, which meant scrolling through the entire list every time. Labs that work with hundreds of doctors will notice a real difference: your regular customers are now just a click away.

Customers who haven’t had any orders yet still appear at the bottom of the list, sorted alphabetically.


Doctors Can Now View Their Balance

Doctors and clinics can now access a dedicated balance history page — showing credits, debits, and current balance in their currency.


Redesigned Billing Page for Doctors

The Orders Pending Payment and Invoices sections are now shown as interactive data tables with sorting and filtering, making it faster to find specific items in a high-volume practice.


Forwarded Order Privacy

When a laboratory forwards an order to a partner lab, doctors will no longer see which lab is fulfilling their order. This keeps the internal workflow between laboratories private.


Reliable Share Button

The Share button now works reliably across all platforms:

  • Windows: Previously, clicking Share on Windows could display a confusing system error. The platform now detects this automatically and copies the page link to your clipboard instead — with a visual confirmation.
  • Android & iOS: The native share sheet continues to work as expected, letting you share directly to any app.
  • Double-click protection: Rapidly clicking the Share button no longer causes issues.

Smoother Mobile Experience

  • No more auto-zoom on iOS — tapping into any form field no longer triggers the browser’s automatic zoom
  • Edit comment button now has a larger touch target on mobile
  • Error messages in comment editing now display in your selected language

Bug Fixes

  • Invoice total showing as zero in some multi-currency setups — fixed
  • Confusing error when inviting a customer whose email is already registered — now shows a clear message
  • Payment error when order currency mismatched customer balance currency — fixed
  • Customer balance not recalculating after laboratory currency change — fixed
  • Incorrect currency display on the service management page — fixed
  • Wrong default timezone on newly created demo labs — fixed
  • Duplicate tasks in orders after deployment interruptions — fixed
  • Files missing after bulk upload: when uploading multiple files to an order at once, some files could silently fail to save — all parallel uploads now complete reliably
